I'm Megan, mom to three kiddos, full-time teacher, and full-time photographer, living in a small town in Montana.
Ten years ago, when my daughter was 9 months old, I started my dream photography business....
Aaaaand, in my first year I made a whopping $7,469. (yeah...ouch;)
Two years later I had far surpassed my teaching salary (woot!).
But I was also kiiiiiiling myself in the process (long hours, looooots of stress, and very little time for my family).
Something. Had. To. Change.
And that's when I began working on the framework that completely transformed my business.
Over the following year I was able to cut my work hours in HALF, while still maintaining 95% of my income.
